  Stick-bed Biofix is a special contact media made of polyester monofilament as a frame and absorbent acrylic fiber as a sludge holder. From it’s innovative effects, this Biofix will lead to new applications in wastewater treatment that were never considered possible by biological process.


        
    

Stick-bed Biofix has the following good points because of its original structure.
      
      ●The surface area is six times larger than Biofringe.
      ●The retained sludge volume is a maximum
 ―10 times greater than Biofringe.
      ●Delivers good effluent quality because the contact  probability is high owing to its three-dimensional 
       structure that creates turbulent currents.
      ●Less blockage of water currents occurs because 
       the gaps in the textile are wide.
Sludge does not 
 drop all at once.
      ●Holds sludge tightly and stable.
      ●Offers new applications with anaerobic pretreatment.
